Bear Grass | 14x11"

Bear grass is an alpine wildflower with the scientific name Xerophyllum tenax. In the summer, sometimes you can see these bear grass flower spikes all across a mountain slope. The flowers light up the whole hillside.
 
This original watercolor is framed under glass. The painting is mounted in a white mat in a gray wood frame. The outside of the frame measures 23" x 19".
