In 2021, "Beginnings" won the 2nd Place award in the 2D category of the 22nd Juried Art Show at the Schack Art Center in Everett, Washington.
 
This original watercolor was done on paper stretched over a wrapped canvas. The painting continues around the four sides and is sealed with cold wax medium.
